WORKING STYLE
I work hybrid.
On-site for leadership, energy, and creative alignment.
Remote for efficiency, focus, and delivery.
Based in Vienna and Lower Austria.
Active across Austria, Southern Germany, and Switzerland.
Available for long-term roles with creative scope and responsibility.
SALARY RANGE
Target salary: from €75,000 gross/year, depending on responsibility, team size, and company structure.
Open to Senior and Head-Level positions with clear brand and design ownership.
No salary fantasy — just a realistic market value for a leadership level.
